How do I buy something?

You can make a purchase on our online shop or visit us at our brewery shop. Our beer is available in local pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels and shops within a 40 mile radius of the brewery. For details of outlets in your area please contact the brewery.

When will my order arrive?

For free local delivery we aim to deliver within 1- 2 working days. We deliver to Whitchurch, Overton, Longparish, Freefolk & Laverstoke every Wednesday.

For UK courier service we will aim to have this delivered to you within 3 – 5 working days.

Can I modify my order?

Once you have finalised and paid for your order it can be difficult to modify it. Please call the brewery on 01256 761044, we will do our best to help.

Can I cancel my order?

To notify us that you would like to cancel your order, please call us on 01256 761044 with your reference number ready. If we are unable to come to the phone, please email us at beer@andwells.com.

How much do you charge for delivery?

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
Delivering to RG7, RG21 – 29, GU51 & 52 & GU46 & 47Not sure this includes you? Choose free local delivery & we will call to discuss. Min order £25 applies.
STANDARD UK COURIER DELIVERY
£10 fee for 1 or 2 cases
£20 fee for 3 or 4 cases
£30 fee for 5 or 6 cases
£40 for 7 or 8 cases

Can I collect my order from the Brewery?

Sure you can! Choose collection at the checkout. We’re open for collection Monday – Friday 10am-3:30pm & Saturday 10am – 1pm.

Do you supply bars for weddings and parties?

We do not provide manned outside bars for weddings, parties and functions, but we do work with a local business who supply elegant bars and professional bar staff to help create the perfect event for your guests. We could also supply cask, with taps & a stand, this would be with a £50 deposit, refunded when the cask, taps & stand are returned.

Is draught beer available to collect from the brewery the same day?

We recommend you placing a collection order with us before arriving, however our shop is open from 15th June 2020 as normal. We have moved the shop, just follow the signs when you arrive at the brewery.

If you are unsure whether your favourite draught beer is available, give us a call on 01256 761044 to check it out for you.

How long will the draught beer last?

With draught beer being a fresh product the life on them is fairly short, we recommend the following…

2.4L – consume within 2-3 days

10L – consume within 3 – 5 days

20L – consume within 3 – 5 days

Can we visit the brewery for a pint?

As of 4th July 2020, we will be open to welcome visitors for a pint or 2. We have put in place safety measures that will protect you and our staff. We will assess these measures to ensure that they are working well, however government guidance will be followed and this could effect our service & offering.

How many pints are in 2.4L, 5L, 10L, 20L & 40L containers

We know that people enjoy a pint or two, we have draught beer available to take home in 2.5L, 5L, 10L, 20L & 40L containers. You can get the following pints out of each measurement…

2.5L – 4.22 pints

5L – 8.8 pints

10L – 17.6 pints

20L – 35.2 pints,

40L – 72 pints, due to cask shape, you’ll get approx. 69 pints out of the 72 pints.

Please note this is a guideline, and could differ depending on the container & angle.
