Spring Magic utilizes Cara malt to create the delicate notes of biscuit and sweet toast that form the base of this golden ale. While the use of First Gold provides a bittersweet balance of tart orange peel and homemade marmalade, Citra and Cascade add a tropical dimension with notes of grapefruit, mango and lime. Overall, a refreshing full-bodied ale with a fruity hop profile.
