Andwell Pilsner & Pumpkin Loaf

Andwell’s star baker, Jayne has been up at the crack of dawn baking away. This morning she presented an Andwell’s Pilsner & Pumpkin Loaf. It was delicious, Andwell recommends serving with real butter, or if you love it, Marmite!

Oven 180 fan l 350F I gas 4

Mix in a bowl…

500g/1lb 1 oz Self Raising Flour

440ml Andwell Pilsner ( A bottle & a bit)

60 – 100g Pumpkin Seeds

1 tbsp Caster Sugar

50g/1 and half oz Mature Cheddar


Mix together and put in a 2lb loaf tin

Cook for 45 minutes, let it cool before tucking into the loaf
