Outstanding result for Andwell Brewing Company with not 1, not 2, but 4 wins from SIBA South East Beer Awards 2019. SIBA hosted the awards with a total of 117 cask and 139 bottle/can competing.
Andwell Brewing Company, located in Hook, received a gold award for best bottle/can British bitter (up to 4.4%) category with Gold Muddler, their refreshing and high quality Golden-yellow Blonde Ale.
King John (cask), their rich amber beer, was a previous gold winner at SIBA in 2018. This year King John’s success has continued and received silver for best cask British bitter (up to 4.4%).
The wins for Andwell Brewing Company went on, receiving two bronze awards. King John, received bronze best bottled British premium bitter (4.5% - 6.4%) and Andwell Pilsner, bronze best bottled premium larger/pilsner (4.5% - 6.4%).
