Bottling
To produce our beautifully crafted fine filtered bottled beers we brew special and slightly stronger versions of our cask ales. The added alcohol strength is needed in order that you can enjoy the same great quality and rounded feel of our draught beers after it has been through the bottling process. Resolute Bitter (4.1%), Gold Muddler (4.2%) and King John (4.6%) are all bottled off-site at Bath Ales, and Ruddy Darter (4.8%) is also available in bottles from December 2011
